Moira Farr

Moira Farr is a writer and editor whose essays, reviews and feature articles have appeared in numerous publications, including The Walrus, Toronto Life, Ottawa, Chatelaine, Canadian Geographic and The Globe and Mail. Her first book, After Daniel: A Suicide Survivor’s Tale was shortlisted for a number of awards. She contributed a chapter to The Bigger Picture: Elements of Feature Writing (Emond Montgomery, 2008). She is co-editor of Cabin Fever: The Best New Canadian Non Fiction, published in 2009 by Thomas Allen. She is currently working on a novel, and various feature assignments.

Jessica Rousseau

Professor, Writing for the Web

Jessica Rousseau is a  graphic designer, artist, and entrepreneur from Ottawa, Canada. She graduated from the Algonquin College Graphic Design program in the spring of 2010. She launched her own company, Jessica Rousseau Design in the fall of 2010, and has been designing ever since! In 2015, she become a full member of the Association of Registered Graphic Designers (RGD), a challenging qualification that is a mark of excellence within the graphic design industry. Jessica also teaches at Algonquin College in the Professional Writing program. She takes students through the basics of web management, blogging and writing for web environments.
